Good Bye from Scrub Oak

After two and a half years of keeping up this blog I think it's time to say goodbye.  I've loved "meeting" you all and will check in on my friends as usual.  I've decided to return to keeping a private journal and the thing is....there's just not enough time for both.  So - let's just carry on, shall we?!  Have a wonderful life, all.

I dropped out of blogland last May, overwhelmed with trying to keep it up, as well as keep up with reading my favorite blogs. I couldn't seem to find a balance between blogging (writing and reading) and life away from the computer. I plan to eventually return. I saw a comment by you on my last blog post when I went in there today to edit out a bunch of spam comments. Naturally, I clicked to come see what you've been up to, and find you're gone. You're gone...sigh. :-(

I completely understand your reasoning, but like the others, I'll always wonder what's going on with you and yours and your little piece of Heaven in the Colorado mountains. Your home, your style of writing, your spirit, always seemed so serene. I wish you the best, and God's blessings upon your future endeavors.
